JUSTIN TRUDEAU REVOKES EMERGENCY ACT BUT MUST NOW ANSWER IN COURT - CANADIAN CONSTITUTION FOUNDATION

 

Trudeau still needs to be brought to justice for invoking the Emergencies Act in Canada in the first place. Serious infringements of Canadian Charter rights have taken place and a dangerous precedent has been set.
